A New Chapter for a Trusted Local Business

In February 2024, Peninsula Kubota entered an exciting new era under the ownership of Joe Otto and Brad Fisher, two highly respected figures with extensive experience in agricultural machinery and dealership leadership.

After departing senior roles within one of the world’s largest agricultural dealership networks, the pair brought more than 25 years of combined expertise to the Mornington Peninsula business.

For Joe and Brad, the opportunity represented more than a business acquisition, it was a chance to invest in the local community and support the industries that help define the region.

“We’re thrilled to have this opportunity and be part of the Mornington Peninsula community. Working with this reputable brand to support Peninsula customers is a dream come true,” says Joe Otto.

Since taking over the business, the team has continued building strong relationships across the region, recently welcoming Jackson Fisher into the business as the next generation joins the growing family operation.

Built for the Region

Established in 1963, Peninsula Kubota has long been a trusted name for farmers, vineyard operators and property owners across the Mornington Peninsula and beyond.

Today, operating from its purpose-built facility on Moorooduc Highway, the business supplies Kubota tractors, mowers and utility vehicles, alongside a broad range of agricultural machinery and equipment solutions.

Whether it’s maintaining vineyard rows, managing acreage, transporting equipment or supporting seasonal workloads, reliable machinery is an essential part of modern cool climate farming.

And according to the Peninsula Kubota team, the focus goes beyond simply selling equipment. It’s about understanding the needs of local operators and providing practical advice, ongoing support and solutions tailored to each property.

Supporting the Future of Cool Climate Agriculture

As the International Cool Climate Wine Show celebrates 25 years in 2026, partnerships with businesses like Peninsula Kubota highlight the broader network supporting cool climate producers behind the scenes.

From vineyard to farm gate, strong regional industries rely on innovation, resilience and trusted local expertise. For Peninsula Kubota, that commitment remains simple: support good people with reliable equipment and genuine service.
