In an exciting development for the International Cool Climate Wine Show (ICCWS), we have partnered with the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV) to facilitate a new simple-to-use online entry system that will capture your information, receive your payment and provide acknowledgement of your entry to the 2020 ICCWS.
There are three simple steps to enter the 2020 ICCWS:
1. Read through the Classes and Conditions of Entry & Regulations sections of this website;
2. Complete the online entry process via the Entry Form page and arrange payment for your entries; and
3. Upon receiving confirmation of acceptance of your entries and product delivery instructions, submit your
Exhibits to the ICCWS for judging.
The online entry wizard will guide you through a series of simple steps. Navigation through the wizard is handled by selecting the 'Continue' or 'Back' buttons at the bottom of each screen. Your data is saved with each step.
You can continue to add or change entries until entries have closed (Sunday 29 March 2020). Once the competition has closed you will not be able to make any further changes to your entry online.
You may delete entries before you have paid for them, but once they have been paid for you must withdraw them from the competition if you do not wish to submit them. Withdrawals will be authorised by and refunds made at the discretion of the ICCWS.
On completion, you will receive an entry acknowledgement and tax invoice by email from firstname.lastname@example.org (please be sure to add this address to your safe sender list).
Once your entries have been checked and validated you will receive delivery instructions by email (from the above address).
