The Committee of Management of the International Cool Climate Wine Show, is seeking an Event Manager, for our annual wine show, based on the Mornington Peninsula in May 2019. 

 

This role is a part time / work from home position.  It would be suitable for someone who may have other projects or someone who is semi-retired /retired.  There are some physical activities that need to be fulfilled i.e. assisting with moving / packing boxes of wine, setting up venues etc.  You would be required to be nearly full time throughout the month of May.

 

Event management / planning experience is a must.  Knowledge of sponsorship would be an advantage.  All applicants must be computer literate, and have Social Media experience.  Knowledge of and/or interest in wine would be valued, but is not vital. 

 

The successful applicant will be happy to work with and report directly to the Chairman of the ICCWS.  The position carries with it an honorarium, amount of which and payment schedule to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

 

This is a very exciting opportunity to be involved in a well-established and highly credentialed wine show, that has been running since 2000.
